What the July 2026 test found
Opensignal's July 2026 Singapore report, covering April to June 2026, named Singtel the best network for the strongest all-round result: nine awards, six of them outright, including reliability and consistent quality. StarHub won three outright and shared four, and led on speed. M1 and SIMBA, the other two networks, were also in the test; see the report for their scores.
Singapore is small and well covered, so the four are closer than in most countries. Differences show most indoors, underground and at busy times.
Cheaper SIM-only brands on the same networks
| Network | Cheaper brands that use it |

| Singtel | GOMO, Zero1 |
| StarHub | giga |
| M1 | Circles.Life |
| SIMBA | SIMBA itself is the low-cost option |
What to check for your own use
- Signal where you spend the day: at home, at work and on your MRT line.
- Data you actually use. Calling apps work over mobile data in Singapore, so for many people the data allowance matters more than call minutes.
- Calling Bangladesh. If your family is not on data apps, compare the international minutes or IDD rates to Bangladesh in each plan.
- Roaming, if you travel to Malaysia or the region often: some plans include it, some charge.
